Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care (PRN)

We are seeking a PRN / part-time Advanced Practice Provider to work at Tanner Urgent Care clinics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

In collaboration with a physician(s), the NP / PA performs triage, physical exams, collects and documents data, orders laboratory studies, diagnostic procedures, prescribes appropriate interventions and medications, coordinates the care of patients, and provides direct patient care services.

Analyze clinical practice patterns to provide the best medical care and to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Eligibility Requirements

Education & Licensure

Nurse Practitioners : Requires completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a master’s degree in nursing.

Physician Assistants : Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Must be board certified.

GA licensure required.

Experience

1+ years of APP experience strongly preferred.

Clinic Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8a - 8p (or until last patient seen); Sat / Sun 8a - 5p (or until last patient)
