Pay : $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Join our team based out of our main yard in Chicago, Illinois, and take advantage of this incredible lease-to-own opportunity! With our transparent pay structure and premium trucks, you can focus on your driving career while we handle the rest.

What We Offer :

  • Driver Earnings : Keep 88% of each load only 12% company commission.
  • Modern Fleet : Automatic trucks available (2019-2026 models)
  • Flexible contract terms of 2-4 years.

Weekly Deductions :

Trailer Rent : $300 ( Flatbeds and Dry Vans )

  • Cargo Insurance & Auto Liability : $250
  • Occupational Insurance : $35
  • ELD : $35
  • Escrow : $2,500 total (divided over 10 weeks at $250 per week).

  • Freight Type : Broker loads, live loads, no-touch freight.

    Qualifications
