JOB HIGHLIGHTS

POSITION PURPOSE : The Destination Experience Concierge serves as the welcoming face of Visit Detroit and creates a positive first impression for all who connect with the organization. This entry-level role blends hospitality, customer service, and administrative support to ensure visitors, partners, and colleagues feel valued and connected to Detroit’s story. As a brand ambassador, the Concierge provides knowledgeable assistance, maintains an organized reception area, and supports internal teams with day-to-day operations and special projects while representing Visit Detroit with professionalism, inclusivity, and enthusiasm.
