Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Injection Molding or Blow Molding Process Technician to join our dynamic team in Spring Hill, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our injection molding operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the molding process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in injection molding processes and machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
