Clear Choice Dermatology is a patient-centered practice committed in providing exceptional dermatological and primary care services. We are searching for a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Madras, OR.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive dermatological services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Assist patients throughout consultations to identify their goals and help them decide the correct procedure to achieve optimal results
• Collaborate effectively with the dermatology team on cases requiring integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Follow HIPPA, all patient privacy and other health codes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Support back office with medical questions, concerns and patient follow ups
• Provide high-quality service by following protocols at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support practice

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
