Description : The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing company in the greater Indianapolis area to find an Engineering Manager for their team!

The right candidate needs to have strong engineering management experience overseeing plant engineers and capital project budgets.

This client would be willing to assist with relocation to the area and can offer competitive salary, solid bonus, and fantastic benefits!

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects from start to finish
• Identify and manage equipment upgrades and process improvements to optimize plant performance, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency.
• Oversee engineering documentation , including project scopes, timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Production, Quality, EHS, and Corporate Engineering to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team; provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to Plant Engineers.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
