Responsibilities
- Lead multiple social marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including creative development and community management.
- Manage external agencies to ensure best-in-class social media campaigns and fan engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand, and Research teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, reps, and studio partners, overseeing all social-related deliverables.
- Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Requirements
3–5+ years of social media marketing experience within entertainment, streaming, or studio environments.Strong creative instincts with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies or talent independently.Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior.Track record of growing social followings and executing data-driven campaigns.Confident presenter with experience delivering results to both executive and talent stakeholders.Skills
