Estimate Coordinator

A company is looking for a Preservation Estimate Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate estimates and bids for accuracy and reasonableness

Communicate with representatives for missing information and calculate costs

Enter and update cost estimates while ensuring compliance with client requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma required; some college preferred

1-2 years of related work experience preferred

General construction knowledge and property component background helpful

Cost estimate experience preferred

Basic understanding of residential construction and building materials
