We have an immediate opening for an experience Senior Construction Manager to join our team in our San Antonino, TX location.

Requirements :

• Must have experience as a Manager on small to large interstate construction projects : $30M to $300M range
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required
• Must be a registered PE (TX) and / or a certified CCM
• Must have Construction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6. Certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is a plus.
• Experience with various DOT construction software and project controls software- e.g. TXDOT Inspection and Materials Management System (I2MS), ProjectWise, SharePoint, Primavera Unifier, Autodesk Build, SiteManager, etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills required for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Demonstrated Experience providing Construction Management Services to transportation agencies for large, complex construction contracts.
• Demonstrated Experience as a Fulltime Project / Construction Manager / Area Construction Manager including the following :

On-Site Construction Management & Supervision of field personnel including Resident Engineers and Construction Inspectors

Client Communication between Client and Contractor
