AAA is looking for Drivers to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. We currently have training classes that start every Monday!

What You'll Need
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalentMust be 25 years of age or olderValid Arizona Driver licenseMinimum 5 years driving historyNo suspension, revocations or expired driver's license in past 3 yearsNo DUI / DWINo more than 2 moving violations in past 5 yearsNo at fault accidents in past 5 yearsNo excessive speed moving violations in past 5 yearsMust pass a DOT physical if over the age of 65 including a pre-employment drug screeningMust pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigationValid Authorization to work in the United StatesSkills
Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronic deviceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to communicate with others and comprehend instructionsAbility to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedulesAbility to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulationsFamiliarity with the main roadways and major highways in the service areaWhat You'll Do
Provide safe and reliable transportationDemonstrate excellent defensive driving skillsProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersMust assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicleMust assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocolsEnsure the on-time pick-up and drop-off of the customerDemonstrate understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilitiesComplete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as requiredComplete paperwork as requiredUtilize tablets or electronic devices as requiredEqual Opportunity Employer
