Position Summary
Addium is looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to orchestrate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product management, communications, digital, operations, and sales to bring campaign strategies to life through data-driven targeting, personalization, and optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building campaigns that connect marketing investments to tangible revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
Translate marketing objectives into integrated campaign plans across digital channels (email, paid media, ABM, webinars, content syndication, events, etc.).
Collaborate with product management and sales to define campaign goals, audiences, messaging, and success metrics.Develop campaign briefs outlining strategy, channel mix, and deliverables.Manage the campaign calendar to align initiatives across teams and business priorities.Work to integrate new product introductions into existing campaign frameworks.Own and pace the associated campaign budget across several channels.Execution & OrchestrationBuild and deploy campaigns across Addium's marketing technology platforms.
Work across the marketing team to execute campaign deliverables including content, email nurtures, workflows, landing pages, and digital ads aligned to goals.Partner with digital, comms, and creative to ensure consistent messaging and branding.Support event / webinar creation, promotion, and integration within broader campaign motions.Coordinate asset development and ensure on-time delivery of all campaign components.Targeting, Segmentation & ABMDevelop and maintain audience segments across 1 : many, 1 : few, and 1 : 1 ABM motions.
Leverage intent data, AI insights, and platform intelligence for targeting and personalization.Collaborate with sales to refine target account lists and build outreach alignment.Optimize audience engagement through continuous testing and refinement.Performance Tracking & OptimizationWorking with marketing operations, define and track campaign KPIs, including MEL / MQL / SQL volume, conversion rates, CPL, pipeline, and ROI.
Partner with marketing operations to design A / B tests, monitor analytics, and generate actionable insights.Deliver regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization and scale.Implement process improvements for campaign consistency, speed, and efficiency.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales and product management to ensure integrated execution.
Facilitate campaign readiness by aligning internal stakeholders on goals, timelines, and actions.Support closed-loop reporting with sales to measure pipeline progression and revenue influence.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead generation and conversion metrics :Efficiency Metrics : Cost per lead (CPL), Campaign ROIEngagement Metrics : Email CTR, landing page conversion, ad performancePipeline Impact : Pipeline created / influenced, closed-won revenueOperational Metrics : Campaign accuracy, on-time delivery, budget pacing, etc.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience)46 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generationExperience in SaaS or technology marketingHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platformsProficiency in campaign analytics, A / B testing, and reportingStrong understanding of ABM strategies, funnel stages, and buyer journey mappingDemonstrated success executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid digital, social, events, etc.)Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skillsData-driven mindset with ability to interpret insights and drive actionWhat We Offer
