• And so much more!\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nAs a pivotal member of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the Registered Nurse will work within a culture of collaboration and effective communication to provide specialized care to critically ill patients in our 8-bed unit, ensuring each patient receives the highest level of medical support.\n\nThe ICU Registered Nurse will : \n
• Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, collect specimens, and implement care plans.\n
• Document all aspects of patient care thoroughly.\n
• Monitor and communicate changes in patients' conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.\n
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.\n
• Advocate for the emotional and physical well-being of patients.\n

• Strong critical thinking abilities\n
• Decisive judgment and capacity to work independently\n
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation : \n
• Associate's degree required\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire\n
• Handle With Care (HWC) within 6 months of hire\n\nLicenses : \n
