Program Details and Potential Assignment Sites
The Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) is a two-year, entry-level rotational program within Pratt & Whitney's Aftermarket Operations (AMO) organization. Participants complete three 8-month rotations, each focused on a different discipline : engineering, quality, and operations. Each rotation takes place at a different domestic overhaul and / or component repair facility within the U.S., meaning participants will relocate to three distinct locations over the course of the program. Sites in consideration include : East Hartford, CT; Lansing, MI; North Berwick, ME; Grand Prairie, TX; Springdale, AR; Columbus, GA; West Palm Beach, FL.

Salary, Benefits and Additional Details
Salary range : 55,000 USD – 107,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, FSA, flexible schedules, EAP, tuition support, parental leave, PTO, holidays). Incentive programs may apply where allowed by policy or collective-bargaining agreements. This role is a U.S.-based role; if residing in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits apply.
