We are seeking a Junior Process Manager to play an active role in optimizing Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies Business Area's business operations. This position supports process improvement efforts, analyzes workflows, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions. The Junior Process Manager contributes to workshops, assists process owners, and supports automation efforts and change management activities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
We are targeting candidates to work at GT locations in the US (Orlando), the UK, Romania, or Hungary.
