Overview

As a GenAI Engineer, you will :

  • Lead or participate in creating and deploying advanced AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • Deliver solutions for various business objectives and provide analytical support.
  • Use neural network designs, including transformer models, to improve operations.
  • Work hands-on with training and deploying large language models across environments.
  • Present analysis results, solution ideas, and AI-driven plans for business projects.
  • Collaborate with business partners on multiple AI and Generative AI projects.
  • Use large datasets, including SQL or NoSQL, to provide analytical support for models.
  • Build quick prototype versions of projects to assess feasibility and business value.
  • Evaluate and validate models, helping to improve performance while following applicable guidelines.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with neural network architectures, including transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning, training, and deploying large language models.
  • Strong understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and model evaluation.
  • Expertise in Python and key frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
  • Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-powered applications and workflows.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) for scaling and deploying models.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL for managing various data types.
