You’ll also collaborate with our sister facility, Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation , to support admissions as needed.

What You’ll Do

Guide residents and families through the admissions process

Conduct tours, answer questions, and share program details

Verify insurance and medical information; complete admission paperwork

Build strong relationships with hospitals and referral partners

Support census growth and help resolve family concerns

Support our Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation facility as Admissions Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

College degree preferred

Sales or healthcare experience a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compassionate, professional, and organized
