We are seeking a DevSecOps First Line Manager to lead a Software and Systems Engineering team supporting multiple Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW) programs within Electronic, Cyber, and Information Warfare (ECIW). The successful candidate will manage technical, cost, and schedule execution of development activities, ensure standards and processes are applied, and provide personnel management. Additionally, they will contribute to new business opportunities and product line roadmaps. Key responsibilities include :

• Managing a team of software and systems engineers
• Ensuring successful technical, cost, and schedule execution.
• Personnel management, including performance assessment, career development, task assignments, training plans, staffing, and recruiting.
• Contributing to new business opportunities and product line roadmaps.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
