This role will be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

Millions of people use LinkedIn Company Pages to manage their business presence online. A little over a year ago, Premium Company Pages launched to give Page Admins to help them make their Page stand out, grow their following, and convert more LinkedIn members into clients. Since then, Premium Company Pages has become one of the fastest growing products at LinkedIn yet.
In the Discovery Analytics PM role, you'll be spearheading the "who viewed my profile" feature along with the analytics associated with premium members discovery. You'll partner with Premium Company Pages working directly with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and more. You'll be driving new value development, discovery and improvements of existing value for subscribers, and introduction of new freemium experiences to grow overall our subscriber base.

Responsibilities
Partner with PMs, Designers, Data Scientists, Al, Strategic Finance, and Product Marketers to advance the Premium Company Pages product offering, creating new value, enhancing existing value, and acquiring new members.
Deeply understand Pages Admin needs and motivations to develop a comprehensive and innovative strategy and roadmap that delivers customer value and revenue impact.
Drive prioritization and execution for the Premium Company Pages roadmap, setting goals and measuring results of initiatives against those goals.
Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedIn.
Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn.
Build and foster a team culture with deep user empathy and impact-focused execution.
Basic Qualifications
BS / BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Experience building customer-facing software products with a demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, planning, development and launch
Experience with Growth-style work, high volume of experimentation, and measurable goals.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment, navigating large organizations to achieve business impact.
Proficiency in user research methodologies to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
Prior professional or personal connection to small businesses, or Page Admins. You may have worked in SMB tech, or have close family or friends who run SMBs.

The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $207,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
