HLG is looking to hire a Pre-Litigation Attorney to provide outstanding service and representation to clients in the pre-litigation process. Success as an HLG Pre-Litigation Attorney means :

• Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
• Open, review, and manage case files throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims, seek medical bill / lien reductions, and make key case decisions (value, litigation, closure, referrals).
• Ensure deadlines (e.g., statute of limitations) are proactively managed.
• Provide consistent client communication, education, and support throughout the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with case managers and attorneys; delegate tasks and support team operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the case management system.
