Call Center Agent (Asap)
Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our company and our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support. As the first point of contact for customers, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly Location : Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to callers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Assist with order processing and transaction-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.Benefits
