Integrity Trade Services is Hiring a Material Specialist
Location : Franklin, IN
Schedule & Pay :
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with a one-hour lunch.
Hours may be flexible depending on business needs.
Saturday overtime is very rare, but overtime opportunities may be available during the work week if necessary.
Starting pay : $19.00–$20.00 / hour , depending on experience.

Position Summary :
The Material Specialist will support the Purchasing, Inventory, Receiving, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include :
Picking up and delivering product with local suppliers using the company van.
Creating internal repair orders.
Counting inventory and unpacking / receiving customer product for repair and overhaul.
Ensuring all paperwork and products are accurate at every step.
Assisting the Shipping Department with packaging and shipment paperwork.
Key Responsibilities :
Always act with a proactive focus on safety – safety is always first .
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize MS Office programs effectively.
Drive products to and from customers / vendors in the local area.
Identify, organize, and recognize product differences / similarities.
Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).
Resolve issues calmly and effectively.
Work collaboratively within a team and maintain open communication.
Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Receive, organize, and sort parts / components while maintaining full traceability of part and serial numbers.
Support monthly inventory cycle counts.
Pull stock to support production areas.
Keep stockroom organized and product flow standardized.
Maintain a clean, FOD-free area and properly dispose of containers daily.
Requirements :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills and reliability in attendance / punctuality.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions / procedures in English.
Must pass FAA drug screen and background check.
Ability to obtain forklift / pallet jack certification if needed.
Physical Demands :
Light to moderate physical effort required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Regularly required to sit / stand, reach, and move throughout the facility.
Must have normal vision (close, distance, color, depth perception, focus adjustment). Note : cannot be color blind.
Preferred Qualifications :
General understanding of aircraft components.
Formal experience in aircraft repair techniques.
Training / experience with material-moving equipment.
Travel Requirements :
Local deliveries to customers and vendors.
