## Job Description# UX Researcher

• Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts.
• Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in user research and data analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar.
• Strong understanding of various research methodologies and their application.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in the energy or clean technology sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Certification in UX Research or Data Analysis.
