Job Description

Join a pioneering leader in GovTech SaaS and take a key role in driving a new go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a groundbreaking suite of AI-driven products. Reporting directly to the VP of Innovation, you will gain unparalleled expertise and exposure while showcasing solutions that are customized to fixing the biggest problems and gaps in the industry. This role offers a clear path to leadership as you help scale the department.

About the Role

  • Lead a go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven product suite
  • Pursue prospects, revenue targets, and business goals with a results-driven mindset while maintaining a consultative and empathetic approach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and progress reports to leadership
  • Attend industry tradeshows and conventions, present compelling presentations, and network with strong industry connections
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities

Required Skills

  • Experience selling to the government sector and / or selling Tax Administration or Property Assessor software
  • SaaS experience in one of the following domains : GovTech, Property Assessment, or GIS
  • 5+ years of success in business development and sales, from prospecting to close
  • Experience with HubSpot or other related CRM systems
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience. Management or leadership experience is a plus.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $120K with OTE of $200K
  • Location : Remote, with travel required for client meetings and industry events
  • Paid Time Off : 20 days of paid time off + 7 paid holidays per year
