job_description.job_card.job_descriptionStart Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinic + Call Schedule : Approx. two weeks / month, alternating with another locum Setting : Inpatient + Outpatient EMR : Cerner Privileges : Required (temporary available) Estimated Credentialing : 60 days Patient Volumes : 15-20 per shift Trauma Level : II Support Staff : 3 RNs, 8 MAs, 8 APPs, 8 office staff Board Certified NP / PA - Orthopedic Surgery Active Wisconsin license (or in process) BLS 2+ years of primary call coverage experience at a Level I or II trauma center Clean file for privileging Surgical first assist in orthopedics Outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding Call coverage including trauma cases Case Mix : General orthopedics, trauma, fracture management, post-op follow-up Rates : Facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided Travel : Reimbursed
