What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include :

• Performing all duties specific to your department and scope of service.
• Implementing nursing procedures and theories tailored to your area of practice.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of nursing care to support the healthcare team.
• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Modifying care plans through continuous evaluation and feedback.
• Ensuring patient and employee safety by addressing safety hazards promptly.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and patients to resolve issues and enhance care.
• Providing follow-up communication to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentoring and precepting new nurses and nursing students.
• Supervising breastfeeding patients and instructing on proper techniques.

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you will need :

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days (AHA)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $29 - $49.88 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to offering competitive salaries based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
