Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, working with existing clients, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone, email, and other digital channels. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through outbound calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Present product / service information and solutions to potential customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals.
