Key Responsibilities
Review medical-legal reports following established QA Best Practice Guidelines
Verify the completeness and accuracy of all medical-legal reports
Ensure compliance with current California Labor Code and Case Law changes
Required Qualifications
Experience with California Medical-Legal Workers' Compensation reporting
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
Expertise in MS Word
Thorough understanding of AMA Guides (5th Edition) and California Labor codes
Experience in reviewing QME, AME, and IME reports
