Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of project managers during client onboarding engagements
Oversee planning and execution of onboarding projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage transitions from prospect to implementation and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; MBA preferred
10 years of experience in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise software delivery focused on client onboarding
3 years of people management experience preferred
Proven track record with distributed teams and external enterprise clients
Deep understanding of client onboarding strategy and service operations in regulated industries
