A company is looking for an Appeals and Letters Coordinator remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Process denial-related and member-oriented written communications in compliance with Federal and State requirements
Act as a liaison for internal and external communication regarding appeals and denials, ensuring timely processing and documentation
Write and document appeal and denial letters, coordinating with healthcare professionals and organizations as needed
Required Qualifications :
Active, unrestricted registered clinical license in state of residence (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist)
3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant field
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work four or more holidays per year on a rotating basis
Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access at home
