Your Role and Impact :

As LNHA, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a Senior Living Community ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. You’ll lead with heart and strategy, advancing the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. This includes driving performance in the areas of :
