Job Description

Thank you for your interest in Anza Management. We are looking for a full-time floating HVAC Technician.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an HVAC Tech to work in an apartment complex.

HVAC Tech Requirements :

• Must have a type 1 & 2 EPA Certification
• Bilingual prefer English and Spanish
• This is a floater position- required to cover different properties where needed, within the same mile radius
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Valid California Driver's License
• Will be subject to a Background / Physical / Drug screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 2 years experience with HVAC.
