Job Title : IT Support Specialist

Location : Buffalo Regional Office 295 Main St, Ste 545, Ellicott Square Bldg. Buffalo, NY 14203 (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality
• Deliver presentations to line staff
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• Review training materials
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
