This position must have the ability to maintain an open line of communication among staff, while liaising between the Store Operation and Corporate Directive. As one of the leading management of the store, the GM is responsible for people development, P&Ls, and upholding the highest standard of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) while supporting 85C key vision and directive.

Essential Functions :

• Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives; maintain high personal sales level and drive store results through others.
• Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talents.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest. Drive customer service by coaching and modelling the desired behaviors.
• Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including : Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
• Monitor and meet the performance standard, including but not limited to 85C policies, core values, and standard operating procedure.

Minimum Education : High School Diploma; AA degree, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Minimum Experience : Two (2) years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
