Senior Legal Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Operations Manager to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the legal tech stack, identifying gaps and driving tool adoption

Design, implement, and measure operational processes to enhance legal function efficiency

Lead contract lifecycle management and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of legal operations or contracts management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech

Experience with legal systems and tools such as CLM and contract negotiation

Proven ability to establish new operational structures and improve legacy processes

Strong judgment in navigating contracts and legal documents

Bachelor's degree preferred; JD a plus but not required
