- Drive Resident-Centered Care : Ensure every resident receives personalized care that aligns with assessments and care plans.
- Lead Clinical Teams : Oversee, coordinate, and mentor nursing staff to uphold high standards of skilled care and regulatory compliance.
- Foster Collaboration : Guide interdisciplinary teams in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans that address the full spectrum of resident needs.
- Ensure Regulatory Excellence : Monitor compliance with all state and federal guidelines, proactively adjusting practices and training.
- Physician & Family Coordination : Serve as a key liaison among physicians, families, and residents—ensuring transparent communication and care alignment.
- Support Critical Care Delivery : Step in when necessary to deliver direct care or procedures, especially in complex or urgent situations.
- Champion Quality Improvement : Lead and participate in QA meetings, review performance metrics, and guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Oversee Clinical Documentation : Regularly audit records, consultant reports, and quality data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Drive Staff Development : Coach, counsel, recruit, and develop nursing personnel to grow professionally and deliver exceptional care.
- Handle Challenges with Integrity : Address resident, family, or staff concerns with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure :
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred)RUG certification (preferred)Experience :
