Staff Data Scientist

Staff Data Scientist We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to transform large datasets into actionable insights for our Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams while leading the design and implementation of machine learning models and statistical analyses to support key business goals. In this role, you’ll drive data-driven decision-making, shape the company’s data science and machine learning capabilities, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities :

• Evaluate machine learning opportunities and provide recommendations to address business needs and guide data science strategy.
• Collaborate with Data team members and Product leaders to shape the data science roadmap.
• Apply advanced techniques like natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks to tackle complex challenges.
• Utilize tools such as dbt and Snowflake to clean, filter, and transform data from various sources.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into data science solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices for data science and machine learning.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
