Store Lead Operations
Connects / checks in with overnight Partners throughout the StoreMaintains Store conditions and overnight operationsMay direct work; addresses complaints; resolves issuesFollows up on production plans and execution of supporting processesMay oversee / support / coach overnight Partners and teams in lieu of or in addition to respective LeadsProvides oversight on product handling; ensures handling and cold chain are not damaging productAssists with receiving inventory; loads / unloads / moves productApplies best practices and H-E-B SOP guidelinesEnsures successful communication of overnight operations to daytime LeaderCustomer Service
Assists with customer complaints; collaborates with department Managers or Store Leaders as appropriateProvides / coaches on superior customer serviceEnsures all overnight point of sale transactions are successfully processed; troubleshoot as neededCompliance / Sanitation / Safety
Addresses customer and Partner accidentsCoordinates compliance with department and Store operating proceduresMay oversee / ensure cleaning and sanitizing of sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment in lieu of respective team LeadManages / confirms facility and equipment (including refrigeration) are properly maintained and in good repair; troubleshoots facility and equipment issuesCompletes time and temperature checks to ensure timely response to refrigeration issuesExecutes emergency management procedures according to company policyHandles product integrity and Partner safetyConfirms compliance with sanitation SOPs / guidelinesComplies with SOPs related to security, receiving / wareroom, and safetyOversees compliance with federal, state, and H-E-B regulations for product freshness, food safety, refrigeration, sanitationPerforms supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable lawsWhat is your background?
