Telecom Laborer - Entry-Level, Hands-On Work

We're hiring hard workers who aren't afraid to get dirty. This is a ground-level role with a major telecom infrastructure company, helping build out fiber networks across Central Florida. You'll be doing physical labor-digging, hauling, prepping sites-and working outside in all kinds of weather.

No experience needed. If you show up, work hard, and have a good attitude, you'll have the chance to grow into more technical fiber work over time. Military experience is a big plus.

• What You'll Do :
• Dig trenches, pull cable, and prep job sites.
• Support fiber crews with hands-on labor.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Learn the trade and grow into more advanced roles.
• What You Need :
• Willingness to grind and do tough physical work.
• Good attitude and reliability.
• Comfortable working outside every day.
• Military experience preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
