Record average package weights and bake loss at the end of the shifts. Record quality assurance reports for each line within each 1 hour time period. Put product on hold for further review by QC Manager. Measuring & recording the dimension, height, moisture and pH of baked cookies. A High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years experience in Food Science or related field is preferred Must be proficient in computers, specifically MS Office and / or Google Drive
