Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to support the launch of an aligned exchange and collaborate on product development.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the internal point of contact for key projects and partnerships

Contribute to the successful launch and management of initiatives and features across all functions

Assist the COO in managing operational approval and consensus flows

Required Qualifications

Strong background in offshore digital asset exchanges and derivatives risk engines

Proven track record in product management with clear success metrics

Experience in data analysis, including sourcing and communicating business insights

Existing relationships with various exchange user profiles

Ability to work cross-functionally without relying on hierarchy
