A company is looking for a Resolution Center - Remote Call Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, resolving routine inquiries and directing complex issues to senior staff
Logs and tracks customer interactions using a computer application, documenting details and follow-up actions
Coordinates with other departments and notifies customers of investigation results and planned adjustments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
Basic level PC skills
Basic search engine skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
