Project Manager / Estimator

I’m partnering with a highly respected commercial construction firm in Sioux Falls that is looking to add a talented Project Manager / Estimator to their growing team. What You’ll Do :

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial construction projects (hard bid and negotiated).

Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Collaborate with field teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of commercial construction experience in estimating and / or project management.

Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and contract administration.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desire to grow within a well-established contractor in the Sioux Falls market.
