General Purpose of Job : Reporting to the Director of the Center for Professional Development and Practice, the Program Manager will be accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of programs, project(s) and events based on current system and department needs. The position involves proactively leading assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key stakeholders, establishing milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work. The position requires the management of internal / external relationships and processes to successfully implement projects and identify issues that may stall projects.

Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years operational leadership experience in healthcare desired. Fluent in "computer skills" such as data entry, data management and analytics; has the ability to understand basic programs Microsoft Office etc. and generate reports as needed.
