What We're Looking For

Diploma or GED required; extra education gets you noticed.

One year of collection experience; call center background is helpful.

Excellent communicator who thrives on persuasion and problem-solving.

Comfortable juggling multiple systems while keeping customers engaged.

Hungry to learn, hit targets, and grow your career.

Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills

Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures

Ability to report to work, in-office, in Geneseo, NY

Pay : $17.20 - $17.75 / hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Schedule : Training :

Monday-Thursday : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

Post-Training (Flexible Schedule) :

Responsibilities :

Make inbound and outbound collection calls

Discuss payment options and negotiate arrangements

Perform skip tracing and data verification

Follow call scripts and document interactions

Verify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claims

Comply with state / federal regulations and company policies
