Bridges Staffing is hiring for a well-established civil site work construction company in Charleston, SC. They are looking for a Soil Stabilization Superintendent to join their team!

Requirements and Responsibilities :

  • Manage stabilization crews consisting of various skills and abilities.
  • Reading and interpreting site plans / prints / job designs.
  • Operates multiple types of heavy equipment such as milling.
  • Proficient in meeting site fine-grade requirements with multiple types of equipment.
  • Oversee stabilization projects including management of personnel, coordinating equipment, and communication with company leadership and customers.
  • Activities include scheduling, time / attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Operates multiple types of heavy equipment such as milling machines, broom, tack trucks, cement trucks, lime truck, and / or rollers to prepare undeveloped job sites to meet job required grades.
  • Reclamation / stabilization of existing roadbeds and soil followed by grading new roads in preparation for asphalt.
  • Operate equipment efficiently to maintain production goals.
  • Comply with all SBCC policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Inform Management of any safety concerns.
  • Must have a clean Background (last 7 years) and Drug Screen.

    • Hours : Mon-Fri 7am-5pm are standard hours, generous overtime.

    Pay : $30-40 / hr depending on experience and skill set.
