Director of Membership Recruitment Strategy The Gathering Spot is seeking a driven and strategic Membership Recruitment Strategist to play a key role in growing our dynamic member community.

This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective members through thoughtful relationship-building and the execution of targeted membership campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Monitoring inbound applications & assigning priority focus as needed Weekly Meeting to approve all Pending Membership Applications National Reporting : Compiling Monthly Reports from Salesforce & reporting key stats and learnings to senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders Compile and analyze monthly Salesforce reports, providing insights and performance metrics to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Membership Qualification :

Reviewing applications, conducting interviews and communicating with prospective members Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement membership campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support recruitment goals.
