Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Urgent Care

A growing healthcare services network in Connecticut is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Urgent Care team in Fairfield County. This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to support new and existing standalone urgent care facilities. About the Opportunity : Schedule : at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends Hours : 8-hour shifts (Weekdays) or 12-hour shifts (Weekends) Setting : Standalone urgent care facilities Patient Load : 30-35 patients per shift Responsibilities : Delivering urgent care services to a diverse patient population Performing basic urgent care procedures independently Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with on-site clinical teams to ensure smooth operations Adapting to different urgent care locations based on patient and staffing needs Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care setting Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant (PA) license Strong ability to work independently in a standalone facility Experience managing high patient volumes efficiently Proficiency in performing common urgent care procedures Excellent communication and decision-making skills
