Location : Remote (working Pacific Coast time)

Salary : $85-95k

As a Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads), you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of our Facebook ad campaigns. This includes developing and testing new ads and targeting strategies, launching and managing campaigns, and scaling budgets while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize spend for sales growth while meeting strict ROI targets.
• Drive the development of high-converting ad creatives by collaborating with copywriters and video teams, ensuring fresh creative assets are available for testing each week.
• Continuously generate ideas, implement A / B tests for creatives and targeting, and measure results to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all campaigns-including weekends and holidays-to ensure consistent ROI and rapidly address any performance changes.
• Track and analyze campaign results regularly, preparing performance reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot obstacles to scaling ad spend effectively.
• Stay current on our offers, industry best practices in paid social media, and competitive trends.
• Contribute to the ongoing innovation and enhancement of team systems, campaign processes, and launch flows.
