• The Program Manager, Community Outreach will play a vital role in advancing ZERO’s health equity efforts by designing, managing, and evaluating programs that expand access to lifesaving prostate cancer education, screening, and support services in historically underserved communities.
• This role is ideal for a mission-driven individual with strong program management skills, a passion for health equity, and the ability to translate community needs into effective strategies.
• The Manager will oversee the development and execution of outreach initiatives, track outcomes, and prepare reports to demonstrate impact.
• By cultivating partnerships with healthcare systems, funders, and community leaders, this role ensures programs are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with ZERO’s Blitz the Barriers initiative.

The Manager will work closely with internal teams to coordinate national and regional strategies, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and outreach efforts meet measurable goals.   Key Duties & Responsibilities :
