We have plenty of open 12-hour shifts — many of our caregivers are currently working 4–5 shifts a week and loving it!
Hourly Pay Rate : đź’µ
$20–$23 / hr (standard shifts)
$25 / hr (short shifts 4 hours)
$24–$27 / hr (couples care)
Overtime pay after 8 hours!

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you’ll provide non-medical home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities — making a meaningful impact every single day.
Your responsibilities may include :
- Personal care & ADLs : bathing, toileting, grooming, and hygiene support
- Transportation : helping clients get to medical appointments or errands
- Specialized care : Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Hospice support
- Hourly & 24 / 7 care options
- Light housekeeping & home organization
